GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS
Parents are requested to co-operate with the school in attempt to help their children progress by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in their work.
They are requested to read & respond to the remarks made in the school diary, by the teacher.
They are requested to read & sign receipt of circular in the diary to keep abreast of school activities.
They are requested not to enter classroom either to seek their wards or to seek interaction with the teacher during the school hours. If the parents want to meet the concerned teacher, interaction should be arranged through the Principal/Director only.
Parents should sign the progress report and return it to the school within two days. If the report card is lost, a replacement will be made only after the payment of Rs. 100/- as it is school’s property.
Check the uniform and punctuality of your ward every day.
Ensure your ward carries text books/exercise books according to the time table for that day.
Regularly check the diary and teacher’s remarks in his/her report card and teacher remarks in his class work/homework, exercise book.
Encourage your ward to take interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
Don’t let your child carry money to school except when required for specific purpose.
Your ward should be taught to be careful about his/her things. There should be a name tag on blazers and sweaters. Expensive article should not be brought to school. Students are not supposed to wear expensive jewellery in school. In case of violation of this, article will be confiscated.
